Great location with easy access to major highways, comfy king bed, first-floor room request granted, helpful and friendly staff, more than adequate breakfast.
Felt quite safe, no complaint.

i had a great experience at guesthouse inn. the location was convenient, with easy access to major roads and food, and mcdonald's next door. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. the bed was comfy, and the morning coffee was great with non-dairy creamer. there was a nice breakfast area with various options, including fresh fruit.

I chose Guesthouse Inn for its proximity to Rupp Arena, where I wanted to catch a game. The helpful customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their assistance, and I enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and the nearby Bob Evans Restaurant for American cuisine.
Inconvenient $100 security deposit.
